Abstract Ocean

I finally got my digital painting done, semi happy with it so I edited it into this. I used the ocean ripple filter to create the noise and rearranged it. To me it looks like a scuba guy in the corner, but it wasn't intentional. I'm trying to make my scribble style work for me instead of fighting it. Not sure.
